American Society for Testing & Materials (ASTM)

Over a five-year period, ASTM has published this series in its monthly magazine, Standardization News. ASTM is one of the world's largest and most diverse developers of voluntary consensus standards, with over 10,000 standards in 130 different technical fields. Respected for their high technical quality and open system of development, ASTM standards are accepted and used around the globe.

While the Specs & Standards database indexes and abstracts standards from many standard-making bodies, the only standards the Libraries have subscribed to in full-text are from ASTM, the American Society for Testing & Materials.
