Psyclit

Published by the American Psychological Association, covers publications in the fields of psychology and behavior (human and animal), including such subject areas as social, clinical, cognitive, developmental, and educational psychology, and neuropsychology. Covering 1887 through the present (more than 110 years!), it includes references and abstracts for articles from approximately 1,300 journals, and also for book chapters and books. Comprehensive coverage of books is provided from 1987 to the present, including Tables-of-Contents linked to individual chapter descriptions. The APA Thesaurus of Psychological Index Terms is included.

PsycLIT is compiled from the American Psychological Association's PsycInfo Database. It consists of two databases providing access to the international literature of psychology and other relevant material from the disciplines of education, medicine, business, sociology and psychiatry.
