Dr. Mehrad, President of Regional Information Center for Science and Technology and Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC) was elected as a distinguished research director in Iran by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of I.R. of Iran. He was appreciated and given prize in the meeting with the presence of the president of I. R. of Iran, Dr. Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
