Technical Experiments

·         Network Administrator (1994-2011)  

  • Managed the construction of the new Data Center.

  • Worked on the design of the Data Center LAN and physical Security Infrastructure

  • Install, configure and maintenance of network topology including  Firewall, routers , switches , modems, hubs .managing the deployment, upgrade and troubleshooting of all clients and servers applications & hardware. Installing Active directory .Troubleshooting of  TCP/IP , DHCP and network connectivity issues.  

  • Design & Implement Vlans on Extreme core switches (layer 3) and Extreme  summit x450 switches

  • Managing, Monitoring & Troubleshooting of  the Local Area Network consisting of more than 40  servers and more than 200 clients. 

  • Designs and implements data connectivity for local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) systems.

  •  Responsible for support, monitoring and troubleshooting of dedicated servers and network connections. Manage in providing network and remote connectivity hardware/software support. 

  • Maintaining and monitoring data center facilities and equipments. 

  • Installing ISA Server 2006, adding policy rules. 

  • Daily updated the server database and kept necessary backups. 

  • Network security, installing new applications, distributing software upgrades, monitoring daily activity, developing a storage management program and providing for routine backups on the NAS.

  • Analyze, log, track and complex software and hardware matters of significance pertaining to networking connectivity issues, printer, server, and applications to meet organization needs.
