Responsibilities:

· Provision of electronic information services to users at global scale.

· Allotting ID passwords of RICeST's databases to researchers,

universities as well as research of scientific institutes.

· Establishing branches of RICeST's Information Center at different universities in Iran

and regional countries and supporting such branches through provision of software

and information sources needed.

· Provision of Document Delivery Services

· Establishment of workshops at different universities.

· Provision of information to universities and research institutes.

· Holding training courses for RICeST's users as well as the staff of RICeST's branches.

· Book loan

To search information ( with the presence of users)
To send sources in different ways (post, fax, ……) at national level
To supply services to all people and organs, without any limitation
To search sources ,without time limitation
To search sources , without subject limitation
